Paul Gibson is the Director of Governance for the Ireland Chapter of PMI.

Paul is Global Head of Project Management & Operations within Novartis Market Development, a full service creative agency supporting all divisions across Novartis, with 130+ associates based in Ireland, US, India, Mexico & Germany. Prior to Novartis, Paul spent 19 years' in consulting, building exceptional teams to scale, grow and operate the business, while leading teams and managed programmes at Private and Public Sector organisations.​ Paul is a certified PMP and PRINCE2 Practitioner with a 1H degree in Computer Science and completed an Executive MBA in 2019, achieving a First Class Honours.
