Ireland Chapter Newsletter September | 2020 |
A message from the President, Jackie Glynn |
Welcome to the September Edition of the PMI Newsletter. I hope you and your families are safe and well and perhaps experiencing some familiarity the return to school. With Covid19 continuing to impact our social and economic activities we, as a committee, will continue to find ways to support your development. To give us a better insight to your needs why not take our short survey here. We will share results and actions in an upcoming newsletters. |
We know that many of you are enjoying our Webinar series back now from a summer break. Let me take this opportunity to thank our recent sponsors Alpha Wealth who together with Peter Taylor brought us a webinar on "How to get fired at C-suite". Our webinars are a great way to learn new tips, at a time that suits, and to earn those all-important PDU's. However, another opportunity to do so is through the PMI Virtual Experience series. These events are designed to inspire, inform, educate and entertain. The next session on the 20th October is one to watch out for as PMI welcome Malala Yousafzai, the youngest Nobel Peace Laureate and founder of Malala Fund, a non-profit organization that defends every girl’s right to a free, safe, quality education. A single event pass for this Oct session is priced at $99 for members or $149 for non-members. However, the November event will be free to Members! You can check out the schedule and register here. |

PMI Member Engagement Survey |
|
In order to better support our members, it is important to check in and receive feedback. This is perhaps all the more important in the post Covid landscape, to ensure that we have sufficiently adapted and remain a relevant resource in your lives and careers. |
|
Thank you to those who have already completed our survey. For those that have not - there is still time. Please click here to take the survey. |

This survey seeks to capture the immediate impact of Covid-19 on the nature and location of your work. It will also seek to understand what you need most from your local PMI Chapter. Once we have collected and reviewed the results we will share with you in an upcoming Newsletter alongside our plan to meet your needs! |
