You may have heard that the new version of the PMBOK® Guide will be principle-based instead of process-based, but why? How does it help us in our projects?
Nader K. Rad, a member of the core development team for the seventh edition of the PMBOK Guide, and the author of Nearly Universal Principles of Projects (NUPP) will explain why it is important to start everything with principles and then proceed to processes and artifacts, as well as the common problems you can solve using this approach, and a set of principles such as NUPP.
You will receive 1 Technical PDU for attending this webinar. If you are a member of the Ireland Chapter of the PMI, when you register and attend, we will auto register the PDU for you. PMI ID to be included with registration.
An email invitation with Link to the Webinar Event will be sent to all registrants on June 22nd
