Elif Karakulak is our Director of Professional Development at the Ireland Chapter of PMI.
She is a project management consultant with extensive experience in end to end delivery of complex and innovative change programmes in the financial and public sector.
She is helping companies in solving their problems within their business and achieving maximum benefits from key strategic initiatives.
Currently President of the Ireland Chapter of PMI, is a certified PMP since 2000, and has a Diploma in Project Management
Jackie has over 25 years experience in the Project management industry. Her expertise spans across Project and Program management, Vendor management, Change management, Project recovery, Mentoring & Coaching, Teambuilding and setting up and running PMOs across multiple industries.
In the last couple of years Jackie has moved into the Project Management consultancy space providing expertise to clients on a contractual basis. Currently she is working in the Pharmaceutical industry with Alexion and prior to Covid 19 would have been travelling between Boston and Dublin on a regular basis
