Against the backdrop of COVID-19; this webinar will introduce the principles of Crisis Management and the different phases of Crises and how they should be managed, and will present how Command & Control should be established for effective communications and recovery delivery.

Crisis Management Teams requires Business Continuity Plans to recover the impacted parts of the organisation so this webinar will also cover Business Continuity Planning including the many types of plans, the data required to create and maintain them, along with Business Continuity strategies that might be deployed to support the recovery effort.
